I was born in Japan and attended elementary school in the Philippines. Since I wanted to attend high school in Japan, I returned here and studied for the entrance exams at ABC Japan. I got into the school I wanted, and after that, I started volunteering at this organization. I've been working for two years now, but when I think about the important decisions in my life, such as attending high school, preparing for entrance exams, going to college, and finding a job, I realize that besides my family and teachers, ABC Japan has always been there.

I joined ABC Japan to study Japanese. I was guided by several teachers in small groups, which allowed me to study at my own pace. Thanks to this, I passed the exams the following year and I was able to join a public high school. Currently, I am involved in ABC Japan's activities as a volunteer. As a senior, I want to continue supporting the students who are studying there.

I joined ABC Japan to prepare for high school entrance exams. The students at ABC Japan were from various nationalities, which excited me because it gave me the opportunity to interact with different cultures. Besides studying, there were many events such as extracurricular classes, excursions, and Christmas parties, which were particularly memorable. The Christmas party, where everyone brought a dish, allowed me to taste foods from various countries, making it a wonderful experience.

I had a lot of fun at ABC Japan. I got along well with friends and teachers, and I was able to study in a relaxed atmosphere. The teachers cared about each student's study plan and gave a lot of advice. I really appreciate these kind and dedicated teachers. There were graduation trips, Christmas parties, and opportunities to interact with students from other schools, as well as mock interviews and exams. I am grateful for the support from ABC Japan.

There are many things that only ABC Japan offers, such as comprehensive support, wonderful teachers, a fun learning environment, and friends to study with. Besides studying, there were various other activities, and through them, we were able to understand and interact with different cultures. Without this, I think it would have been difficult for me to enter high school because I knew nothing about the Japanese language or the entrance exams. My gratitude is infinite. Our comfortable life is possible thanks to the workforce of many foreigners. But I had never paid attention to their lives, nor thought about how their children are living in Japan and how they are seeking educational opportunities. Through the activities of ABC Japan, I became aware of the existence of people who were previously invisible to me.
